  9. This is a multi-user multi-channel chat system somewhat based on
  10. IRC. It features:

  12. o unlimited number of users
  13. o unlimited number of channels
  14. o private messaging
  15. o automatic user identification
  16. o flood protection
  17. o NEW: user banning
  18. o NEW: multiple server capability with loop protection
  19. o channel operator privileges for setting channel topics
  20.   and removing users from a channel
  21. o chat operator privilege for global channel operator status
  22.   and removing users from chat completely
  23.  
  24. The user frontend for the chat is a comfortable GUI client
  25. providing

  27. o easy user & channel operations
  28. o input history
  29. o automatic notifications of certain events via Deiconification
  30.   or beep
  31. o builtin ARexx-Port
  32. o Dialog windows for direct user<->user communication
  33. o direct file transfers to remote users via IP

  35. This version also features a minimal MS Windows client for use with a
  36. Winsock package (e.g.  the share Trumpet Winsock available from
  37. ftp.trumpet.com.au)
